KEY FEATURES
---
Designed for operators who work in close proximity to furnaces, molten metal, and high-intensity thermal radiation sources. The dual-shield architecture ensures comprehensive face and eye protection in the most demanding smelter and foundry environments.
›Dual-shield design: simultaneous facial, eye, and neck protection in a single unit
›Full-face coverage from chin to forehead — eliminates exposure gaps
›Outer shield guards against mechanical impact, spatter, and molten droplets
›Inner cobalt/athermal filter lens attenuates infrared radiation from furnace openings
›Temperature resistant construction for proximity to high-heat sources
›Ratchet-adjust head harness for secure, hands-free operation
›Approved for use in steel plants, smelters, and glass furnace environments
STORAGE
---
Do not store in direct or high heat / sunlight as prolonged exposure may distort the frame geometry or lens tint. Suitable for dark storage for up to 2 years. Can be stored and transported in original manufacturer cartons at ambient temperature (0°C to +30°C).
CLEANING
---
Clean the lens using the soft cloth supplied with the product. For field cleaning, use a dry, lint-free soft cloth. Do not use solvents, abrasives, or compressed air on the lens surface.
PACKING
---
10 / 12 / 15 nos per inner box — 300 / 400 / 1000 nos per master carton
